How long does the jam last?

6-8 months after opening. 1-2 years while still sealed in the pantry. 

Do I have to refrigerate it?

Only after opening. 

 

What is that clear hard stuff on top?

That is wax. Megan will occasionally seal her jams the old-fashioned way instead of using the pressure canner. She does this for small batches or when she is in a pickle for time. Just press down on one side of the wax to remove it. You can throw it away or return it with your jar. It does not need to stay on the jam after it is removed. Just refrigerate!

Is Jacked Jams vegan?

Yes! Jacked Jams uses Pomona's universal pectin. Pomona’s Universal Pectin contains only 100% pure citrus pectin, which is vegan, gluten free, and GMO free. There are no additives, preservatives, sugar, or dextrose. There are no corn or apple by-products. 

Is Jacked Jams macro friendly?

Yes! Jacked Jams offers no-sugar added jam in all flavors that are sweetened with monk fruit. Each 8oz jar is 120 calories or less. Email to inquire about a custom order.
