MEET THE FOUNDER

Megan Carpenter

Jacked Jams was founded in 2022 by Megan Carpenter, but the story begins decades earlier. Megan has been making jam with her family since the early 1990s, following a long-standing Carpenter family tradition of crafting jam completely from scratch—from field to jar.

In 2021, Megan decided to turn that tradition into something bigger. Strawberry was the very first flavor she learned to make alongside her grandmother, and it remains a cornerstone of Jacked Jams today. While that original recipe inspired her journey, all other Jacked Jams flavors are Megan’s own creations.

Although Megan no longer hand-picks every piece of fruit herself, she proudly sources as much as possible from local farms, including Baugher’s Orchard, Agriberry Farms, Weber’s Farm, Albright Farms, and more. Supporting local agriculture remains a core value of the brand.

Jacked Jams is made for everyone—whether you’re bulking, cutting, or managing type 2 diabetes. Megan has mastered a no-sugar-added strawberry jam, naturally sweetened with monk fruit. This specialty jam is made by request only, so send a message if you’d like to try it.

Megan is well known in the community for wearing many hats—personal trainer, boxing coach, DJ, and indoor cycling instructor. By blending her passion for fitness with her love of homemade jam, she created the concept behind Jacked Jams.

Every Jacked Jams flavor features a fun, fitness-inspired name and its own cartoon character. Megan partners with local artist Andreas Kremer to bring these characters to life, giving each jar its own personality.
